Retracting Awning with Arms

An Outrigger Retracting Awning with Arms is a lightweight wall mounted structure with either rigid or pivoting aluminium arms. The arms can be fixed to the based of a wall to create full length outdoor blinds or near the top for an awning. An Outrigger retracting awning is exceptionally robust and can be left out in high winds and heavy rain. A retracting awning is typically a rectangular shape, and is manufactured from Ferrari 502 pvc, Dicklon32 acrylic canvas, Ferrari Soltis92 or Outlook woven pvc coated mesh.

BASIX recognises adjustable shading devices as they balance heating and cooling loads, reducing the need for air conditioning in summer and heating in winter.
