Ordering

There are a number of different ways to order an Outrigger Awning. The best way to start is to study the website and the hundreds of images available to determine which awning options most suit your requirements. Once you have a feel for the style of awning you are interested in you can;

Contact us on 02 9905 8473 and arrange for a free on site measure and quote with an Outrigger Designer (Greater Sydney area only), or

2.

Contact us via our online quote request form. For email quotes it is important you provide accurate measurements for your site. We also request site photos to be emailed to assist with identifying the best awning fixing points and other site specific constraints. After receiving your estimate from Outrigger the next step is to;

Either phone Outrigger sales on 02 9905 8473 or send an email to info@outriggerawnings.com.au to discuss your quote estimate.

After discussing your requirements and confirming a few site details Outrigger will email a fixed price quote.

To proceed with your order a 20% deposit is required. This can be paid via electronic transfer, credit card, or cheque. The delivery period for most awnings is 6 to 8 weeks from placement of order, please see our Infographic showing the installation process.

When placing the order we will confirm the fabric colour and the pole and fitting powdercoat colour.

6.

We will send a Deposit Receipt confirming the deposit amount paid and the chosen colours.

7.

We will contact you after 5 to 7 weeks to advise your awning is ready. For awnings to be shipped we will request payment of the final balance before shipment.

For awnings we install in the Greater Sydney area, we will request a progress payment of 60% of the balance when we call you to arrange an installation time, and the final 40% of the balance will be due on the day of installation.
