Problem
A new restaurant and function centre with a striking outdoor terrace required large motorised blinds for protection from the wind and rain. An additional set of shade blinds was also required for sun and glare.
Solution
The motorised clear blinds required for this project are some of the largest ever made. The largest of the front blinds measures 6.5m wide x 6.5m vertical drop. A custom motorised mechanism and track system was developed for this project.The project required 14 motorised clear blinds and 14 motorised shade blinds. The shade blinds were positioned on the inside of the clear blinds.
Features
The blinds are operated by a multi channel remote control unit,and feature a brush sealing system. They do not require wind or rain sensors and they will withstand winds in excess of 100 km/h.
